About us

Scorpio Clinics is a team of enthusiastic and multi-skilled therapists working in three different locations. We collaborate to ensure rapid and successful recovery of our patients.

Each client is treated with the utmost professionalism and receives a course of treatment tailored to his or her individual needs. Whenever possible, prevention is better than cure: so we endeavour to help every single patient achieve improved long-term health by understanding how to avoid physical injury and stress.

Our clients come from all walks of life - from professional sportsmen to pensioners to school children - with problems ranging from serious injury to minor niggles. Because we work as a team we ensure that each client sees the therapist best suited to his or her condition.

At our Virginia Water site we have a small gym and a fully equipped pilates studio; at Englefield Green we just have a single consultation room located within a spa; and at Lightwater we occupy a room at Hemispheres Movement for Learning centre.

Our therapists use a judicious mix of manual therapy, acupuncture or dry needling, exercise prescription, pilates, plus Theraflex and Ceragem to mobilise the spine. We also have an EMTT, Winback tecar therapy machines, two PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy) and Nesa X-signal equipment.

We have excellent relations with local and London orthopaedic and rheumatology consultants and are privileged to receive their referrals.

Once a week an orthopaedic specialist, Mr Jon Monk, consults at the Practice.
