About us
Chichester Physio is an independent physiotherapy practice serving Chichester and the surrounding West Sussex area. We provide high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy for adults and adolescents, supporting recovery from injury, managing pain, and improving function.
The practice is led by Lindy Griffiths, Lead Physiotherapist, who oversees clinical standards and patient care across all locations.
We operate from four local clinics: Bosham, Goodwood Health Club, Witterings Medical Centre, and Petworth. All locations benefit from free parking, making access easy for patients.
Our HCPC-registered senior physiotherapists specialise in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, joint and soft tissue injuries, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent or recurring pain. Each patient receives a thorough assessment and an individualised treatment plan, which may include manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, education, and self-management advice.
