About me

Our team of Physiotherapists are dedicated to delivering excellence in rehabilitative care. Portland Physiotherapy specialises in the treatment of sporting injuries, spinal pain and post-operative rehab.

Our team have a common goal is to work with you to regain normal function as soon as possible. We work closely with local surgeons to achieve the best results for you post-operatively. Our Physiotherapists are all trained manual therapists meaning they use their hands to mobilise joints and massage muscles to regain movement and decrease pain. We are highly experienced in implementing a comprehensive rehab programme. If you want to run a marathon, play football, or walk up a flight of stairs we will work with you to achieve your goals.
