About me

I have over 20 years experience as a psychologist, working in a range of settings including the NHS. I see people with a range of issues including depression, anxiety and trauma but specialise in helping people with workplace stress and those who are struggling to find direction or meaning in their lives.

I work very much with the individual and tailor therapy to their needs. My main focus is to help people get to where they want to get to through therapy and I draw on a range of therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and EMDR in order to achieve this.

In my psychology career, I have worked in Italy and Belgium, and in Australia where I coached senior executives in the New South Wales Public Service Commission.

Prior to becoming a psychologist, I had a highly successful career in software development, was a consultant with Microsoft and worked in banking in the City and Canary Wharf.

I offer face to face and remote consultations.
