About me
I am a UK trained osteopath and graduated in 1999. Since November 2000 I have been working in Kingston treating patients for a number of musculoskeletal problems. A lot of the problems I see relate to neck and back pain but also include tension headaches and shoulder / arm problems as well as hip, knee and leg pain.
I treat children, adults and elderly patients using a variety of treatments modalities such as stretching muscles and soft tissues as well as mobilising joints. The techniques depend on patient age, frailty and patient preference.
Bringing about an improvement in mobility is as important as making sure that the patient can maintain this by giving exercise and ergonomic advice.
