About me

Anne McKenny holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and was one of the first 3 people in Northern Ireland to be trained as Cognitive Behavioural Therapists. She has practised for some 30 years.
On top of this she has lectured extensively at Universities and been involved in supervision and CBT training throughout her career.
She is a member of BABCP and a Consultant with the EMDR Association of UK & Ireland. She is also an accredited Florence Nightingale Scholar.
