About me

Gabriela is an experienced Psychologist with a successful practice in London, based at Keats House Clinic, London Bridge and in Surrey. Her reputation has been built on recommendations from past patients and referrals from consultant psychiatrists and physicians.
Gabriela practises within a Cognitive Behavioural frame work, however her extensive experience as a clinician and broad therapeutic training allows her to use a more integrative approach when appropriate, by combining CBT strategies with Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment. Problems are dealt with empathetically, allowing Gabriela to tailor an individual and flexible approach to help individuals get from where they are in their life now, to where they would like to be, in as short a time as possible.
Gabriela has worked with adults in NHS and private clinical settings over 30 years. This has included short, medium and long term treatment interventions for a range of psychological and medical conditions of varying severity. Her areas of expertise cover most areas of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, anger, relationship problems, PTSD, sleep disorders, work related stress, but has a special interest in providing treatment to people with CFS. She is part of The London Bridge Fatigues Clinic's team.
