About me

I am a CBT therapist experienced working with adult mental health, older children and adolescent mental health problems. I have more than 30 years experience working in mental health and I am accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I continue to maintain my accreditation with regular training and supervision. I worked for many years for Priory Hospitals with different client groups including adult mental health, adolescents, eating disorders, trauma, depression and anxiety problems including OCD. I now work from my clinic in Bitterne, Southampton. I see clients at my clinic and I also offer video and telephone sessions.
