About me

Therapeutically Speaking specialises in seeing private adolescent/adult clients presenting with voice disorders. Support is available to practice vocal techniques and presentation skills. The service also supports those with acquired communication difficulties, arising from Dementia/Primary Progressive Aphasia; an acquired brain injury, such as, stroke, brain tumour or head injury; those who are managing their lives with acquired neurological problems, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson Disease (Lee Silverman Voice Technique - LSVT Loud Certified Clinician), Huntington's Disease etc. and adults with learning disability.

Areas of interest

Voice, including performers (adolescents/adults);
Adults with Progressive neurological conditions, including Parkinson's Disease; Acquired Brain Injury, including stroke; Dementia, including Primary Progressive Aphasia; Acquired Communication Difficulties.
