About me

With over 30 years experience, Therapeutically Speaking UK specialises in seeing private adolescent/adult clients presenting with voice disorders (including those presenting with chronic cough, laryngeal sensitivity and globus sensation). The service provides a person centred approach and also supports other client groups, including those with acquired communication difficulties, arising from Dementia/Primary Progressive Aphasia; an acquired brain injury, such as, stroke, brain tumour or head injury and those who are managing their lives with acquired neurological problems, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson Disease (Lee Silverman Voice Technique - LSVT Loud Certified Clinician), Huntington's Disease etc. and adults with learning disability. Support is available to practice vocal techniques and presentation skills. Based on the Surrey/Sussex border, near Dorking/Horsham, she sees clients face to face at her consulting room, together with the option of remote consultations.
