I offer online and face to face consultations.

I help client manage stress, worries, anxiety and low mood. I also help clients to adjust to life transitions such as divorce and retirement. I help clients manage long-term health issues, including diabetes.

My approach is integrative and informed by evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. CBT is the treatment of choice recommended by NICE guidelines for depression and anxiety. My training as a Counselling Psychologist enables me to work flexibly with each and every adult client according to their individual needs.

We will work together to explore your issues in a safe and non-judgemental environment to give you space to reflect and move forward in your life.

With HCPC, BABCP and BPS registration I am fully compliant with health insurance.
