About me

I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 1993 and later completed a post graduate diploma specialising in rehabilitation in 2001.
My youngest patient has been 2 days old and I enjoy treating babies and pregnant women as well as patients of all ages with acute or chronic problems. I have taken many additional courses on treating pregnant women; babies; sports professionals and rehabilitation. I treat many dance students and receive regular referrals from the prestigious local performing arts school.
I have been trained and own a Low Level Laser. Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) also known as Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) or cold laser, is a safe, non- invasive, drug free pain relief modality that can help accelerate healing times and decrease inflammation.
I treat using Diversified techniques, blocks, activator and soft tissue therapy including LLLT and can prescribe rehabilitation exercises to help prevent future reoccurrences and optimise patient’s recovery. I also use Dynamic Taping and Kinesiology Tape to help improve performance and decrease pain.
