About me

Razia is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides evidence-based interventions for a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, phobias, complex trauma, work-related stress, loss, bereavement, eating disorder and adjustment disorders. She also has extensive experience working with people with chronic physical health problems, including people living with chronic pain and adjusting to chronic illness. Razia follows an integrative approach to psychological therapy, drawing on several different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She is bilingual and speaks Urdu, Punjabi & Hindi fluently. She is also trained in Islamic Psychology
