About me

I am a psychotherapist with 25 years experience in private practice. I integrate and tailor my approach to suit each individual's circumstances and issues.
I originally trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy, which combines the psychoanalytic perspective of bringing unconscious feelings to awareness with the humanistic emphasis on self awareness and expression of feelings in the present, in order to heal inner wounds and to make the best possible choices for oneself in the future. My approach can be creative if appropriate, for instance using artwork and visualisation. My emphasis and engagement in my work is on helping people to find and to explore their own unique potential, which continues to inspire me.
