About me

I became Chartered by the British Psychological Society in 1999 since when I have been running a busy practise in central Bristol. My training as a Counselling Psychologist enables me to integrate different therapeutic models to best meet the needs of individual clients. I have also undertaken some four years training in cognitive behaviour therapy, in which I specialise. I have extensive experience of working with a range of adult mental health issues.
