About me

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist with over twenty years’ experience working in private practice. I work in an integrative, flexible and relational way, offering mid to long-term therapy as well as brief therapy such as NLP, EMDR coaching, brief solution focussed therapy, CBT, hypnotherapy and constructivist therapy.
I set up The Coleby Centre as a private therapy and counselling centre in 2000. Since then I have worked in the Corporate Sector running and developing a graduate leadership development training and coaching programme. I am a qualified supervisor and run development training programmes for counsellors and psychotherapists.
I gained my first qualification in1993 and since that time I have undertaken extensive further training. I adhere to the UKCP ethical framework, take regular supervision and continue with my own personal and professional development.
