About me

I'm an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. I use a combination of Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural therapies during my work, with interests in Anxiety and Addictions with a particular interest in Hypnobirthing, which enables me to employ my experience to good effect. I work with couples or individuals providing counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Since Covid I work remotely.
