About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Mental Health and Occupational Health with over 30 years of professional experience mainly working with adults but i can work across the lifespan.

I worked in the NHS across London and the South but i have been in independent clinical, coaching, and expert practice since 1998.

As a Clinical Psychologist, my clinical practice is based on the CBT approach combined with Integrative Psychological Psychotherapy. I have extensive experience working with Trauma.

I work with the full range of mental health and occupational health issues and I have specialist expertise in Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. .

I live and work between the New Forest and the Kingston and Esher area and London but I can accept referrals nationally and internationally according to your BUPA policy..

I offer remote consultations only at the present time using my Zoom account which you can use on your mobile device or laptop, or we can speak by telephone if you prefer.
