About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Mental Health and Occupational Health with over 30 years of professional experience mainly working with adults but I can work across the lifespan.

During my NHS career to Consultant, I worked in community and hospital services across London and the South before entering independent clinical, coaching, and expert practice to date.

As a Clinical Psychologist, my clinical practice is based on the CBT approach combined with Integrative Psychological Psychotherapy.

I work with the full range of mental health and occupational health issues...I have specialist expertise in childhood sexual abuse, sexual offences relationship and family issues, and Domestic Violence.

I also work with people experiencing issues regarding Neurodivergency, Identity and all other forms of Inclusion and Difference, and I offer specialist assessment across of the range of Autistic Spectrum Disorders, ADHD/ADD etc.

I have extensive experience working with Occupational/ Work-related stress and Trauma, including specialist assessment and treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), and I have working with NHS leaders, managers and frontline healthcare professionals, police officers and other blue light emergency responders, and serving military personnel and veterans.

I work in the Richmond, Kingston and Putney areas of south-west London but I am very happy to accept referrals across London and the south as well as nationally. International referrals may also be accepted, according to BUPA policy..

Due to the high demand for my appointments, I offer flexible remote consultations only at the present time, using Zoom account, or we can speak by telephone if you prefer.
