About me

I read Human Biology at the University of Surrey graduating in 1982. I spent a year studying Ergonomics at the Technical Institute Zurich, with Prof E Grandjean. I won a scholarship to study Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy, London, qualifying in 1986 and spent 2 years as a clinical tutor in the clinic. I now run accredited courses and seminars for Manual Therapists, Physiotherapists and Sports Coaches. I have worked with the Physiotherapy Department at the Royal Ballet Convent Garden, the English Institute of Sport, Federation of Holistic Therapists, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Norwich City FC and Leinster RFC. I have had articles published in Sports Injury Bulletin, Massage World, Embody and Natural Health Magazine. I am an Associate Lecturer at the University of East Anglia, teaching Osteopathic Techniques to undergraduate Physiotherapists. I have been Osteopath to Norwich City FC since 1999. Passionate about education, teaching hands on skills, and bridging the gap between therapy and return to sports performance. I am regulated by the General Osteopathic Council (No 1086)
