About me

I am an Integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist with over 25 years experience in the NHS and now in private practice. I supervise psychotherapists and life coaches and teach on Contemporary Psychotherapy and Integrative Counselling courses. I work in a short term, solution focused manner with individual adults, couples and adolescents. I also work in businesses as a coach/mentor specialising in communication, relationships, leadership and change.
