Daren Fletcher is an experienced osteopath specialising in lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica and spinal musculoskeletal conditions. He practises from a premium Central London clinical setting, providing high-quality osteopathic care in a calm, professional environment.

He works with desk-based professionals, active individuals and athletes who are experiencing spinal pain, work-related musculoskeletal strain, sports injuries or persistent movement restrictions. Many patients seek treatment for mechanical low back pain, cervical spine tension, nerve-related symptoms and postural dysfunction associated with modern working environments.

Daren takes a structured, evidence-informed and hands-on approach to assessment and treatment. His clinical focus is on identifying the underlying biomechanical and postural factors contributing to symptoms, rather than treating pain in isolation.
