I am fascinated by the opportunities and challenges of being human and believe that being understood, met and affirmed by an other has the potential to bring about profound healing.
How we are programmed by our environment from conception onwards, is an area of particular interest. Through my work with Babies Know, teaching parents how to develop and maintain connected and respectful relationships with their children, I aim to prevent psychological and emotional difficulties in later life.
