About me
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 32 ears post-qualification experience, and over 27 of these as a consultant.
My NHS practice is in the field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Services for Children and Young People, and includes extensive experience also of Child Development, Paediatrics, and Neurodevelopmental Conditions such as Autism Spectrum Conditions.
My private practice experience includes work across the entire age range - children, adolescents, and adults - presenting with a range of symptoms and issues; and working with reference to a number of treatment options and approaches. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I offer initial consultation at which your concerns are discussed in some detail, and at which I will provide on the spot advice as to the options you may wish to consider, with a view to agreeing any further follow up from there. I draw on different techniques and therapeutic approaches, using these flexibly and in a focused and supportive way.
