Dr Lederman's treatments include a range of hands-on osteopathic techniques, neuromuscular and motor rehabilitation approaches and use of cognitive-behavioural methods to aid your recovery. Dr. Lederman will work with you to develop suitable movement / exercise and self-care plans to further assist the pace and success of your recovery. During the treatment you will be provided with the tools to manage your health and recovery from various muscular, skeletal and pain conditions. This management will deal with the immediate symptoms and explore the cause of the condition and preventative measures which you can take.
