About me

I am the Principal Osteopath at The Longmore Practice. I qualified at the British School of Osteopathy in 1985, and have been in private practice since that time.

I commonly treat a large number of spinal related problems including sciatica and have a wide variety of techniques which I employ, including Osteopathic manipulation, massage, and supervised exercise regimes.

I treat patients of all ages, ranging from 3 to 98 years old and finds that by using different techniques and approaches, I can adjust the treatment programme to suit their individual needs. During my long career I have successfully treated patients suffering with everything from headaches down to toe problems related to incorrect footwear.

I have a vast experience of treating not only spinal problems, but also sports injuries and has close links with a number of local sports clubs who refer their athletes for ultra-sonic treatment, strapping and post injury re-habilitation.

I regularly attend courses and lectures on advanced Osteopathic & Physiotherapy techniques, ranging from sports injury treatment for elite athletes to vertigo in the elderly, I am also trained to treat children with sports injuries and postural problems
