About me
I have 32 years experience as a Speech and Language Therapist. Private practice established in 1984. I have worked extensively in all areas of acquired disorders of communication - aphasia, dysarthria and apraxia. I have set up services with Adult Education for Stroke/ Aphasia and managed Dysphasia support services in conjunction with the Stroke Association. I specialise in treating people who have voice problems and the effects of head and neck cancer. I have extensive experience working with swallowing problems and progressive neurological conditions.

I am the Lecturer in Voice at Essex University and sit on the Clinical Excellence Network for Voice.
I am presently carrying out research into head and neck cancer and voice outcomes.
