About me

Mr Chaffey is the Principal Osteopath at Body Balance Osteopaths Hornchurch and Romford.

He trained full time for four years at the British School of Osteopathy in London. He then studied for a Research degree at the University of East London looking into back pain during pregnancy. He teaches undergraduate osteopaths at the European School of Osteopathy in Kent.

Mr Chaffey is trained in advanced dry needling/ (medical) acupuncture. John has 25 years practice experience. John in an External Examiner of Clinical Competence The British School of Osteopathy, Oxford Brookes University,and Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine.

In 2012 he was appointed to the Council of the General Osteopathic Council, the UK statutory regulator for Osteopathy.
