About me

I am an experienced clinical psychologist who has specialised in working with children and parents. I worked at Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital for 25 years and so am experienced in paediatric psychology and the impact of illness on mental health. I am well known for my work with feeding and eating problems as well as general behavioural problems in young children. I have written widely and have published several books on coping with young children. I have worked primarily in private practice since 2000 and see a wide range of mental health issues in children of all ages. I aim to help the children learn to cope with their difficulties and their parents in how to manage and support their children.
