About me

Hi and welcome!

I hope to provide in our sessions a warm, empathetic and holistic approach and I draw upon therapeutic approaches including: EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy, Schema-informed therapy. I tend to support clients to explore early and significant life experiences that have contributed to shaping their sense of self, relationships and the world around them. I believe in building a strong and safe therapeutic relationship that is tailored to you and your hopes for therapy. I encourage a collaborative space to build understanding, exploration and meaningful change.

I am currently working with Seven Lion Yard to offer private and BUPA funded therapy. Outside of private practice, I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over ten years experience in the NHS, currently specialising in Perinatal Psychology. I support mums and birthing people as well as their babies, partners and families through the perinatal transition.
