About me

When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to manage alone, having the right support can make a meaningful difference.

I am an integrative BACP-accredited psychotherapist, qualified since 2017, offering therapy in both English and Romanian, supporting clients to express themselves fully in the language they feel most comfortable in.
I work in private practice with children, teenagers, and adults, creating a calm, supportive space where you can begin to understand what's happening within you, and around you, and to start contemplating and creating the life you want, and you deserve.
Alongside my private practice, I have extensive experience working with children and teenagers in foster care, schools, and in collaboration with social services and families. This has given me a deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and the complex emotional needs that can shape both children's and adults' lives.

If you are feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, or if you feel like you're carrying too much alone or not living life in the way you want to, therapy might make the difference between surviving and thriving.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, while also being grounded in professional expertise. I take time to truly understand your storyyour experiences, patterns, and strengthsso that our work together feels meaningful, focused, and tailored to you.

With children, I use play and creative approaches to help them express what they may not yet have words for. With teenagers, I provide a calm and supportive space to explore emotions, identity, relationships, and the pressures of growing up.

Therapy for adults

From the outside, you may appear to be copingbut internally, things can feel heavy, exhausting, or difficult to make sense of.

You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or patterns that keep repeating despite your efforts to change them. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.

Often, these difficulties are linked to earlier experiencestrauma, attachment patterns, or family dynamicsthat continue to influence how you feel, think, and relate to others.

In therapy, we work at your pace to explore these patterns in a safe and structured way. As your understanding deepens, you can begin to regulate your emotions more effectively, build healthier relationships, and feel more grounded and in control of your life.

The aim is not only to cope, but to create meaningful, lasting changeso you can live with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

Therapy for children

Children don't always have the words to express what they feelbut their inner world is often communicated through behaviour, anxiety, withdrawal, or overwhelming emotions.

I specialise in working with children from as young as 3 years old, including those who are non-verbal, as well as children who have experienced trauma, loss, or disruption such as parental separation.

Using therapeutic play, art, clay, and sand, I provide a safe and developmentally appropriate space where children can express themselves freely. Through this process, they can begin to process their experiences, feel understood, and develop emotional regulation, resilience, and a stronger sense of safety within themselves.

Therapy for teenagers

Adolescence can feel intense, confusing, and at times overwhelming.

You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-harm, identity, friendships, family relationships, or academic pressure. Sometimes, there is simply a sense that something isn't right, but it's hard to explain.

I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and be yourself without pressure. Together, we work to understand what's going on beneath the surface, helping you feel more in control of your emotions, more confident in your choices, and less alone in what you're facing.

I look forward to meet you.
