About me
I am a Psychotherapist working with adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, trauma, and addiction recovery.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
Alongside my individual work, I have completed a foundation course in couples counselling at Tavistock Relationships, which informs my understanding of relational dynamics and the impact these can have on wellbeing.
Prior to retraining as a psychotherapist, I had a long career in the design industry and ran my own business. This experience gives me a grounded understanding of the pressures of working life and how these can affect mental health, relationships, and the ability to maintain a healthy worklife balance.
I am naturally curious and engaged in ongoing professional development, regularly attending seminars and conferences to deepen my knowledge and stay connected with developments in both therapeutic and academic communities.
Areas of interest
I have a particular interest in working with addiction, codependency in relationships, and issues of grief and loss. I support clients in understanding the underlying patterns that can keep them feeling stuck, helping them to build greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance.
