About me

Sarah Leone Griffiths is a Psychotherapist, EMDR UK / Europe Accredited Practitioner, BPS Accredited Clinical Supervisor and BACP fully accredited and registered psychotherapist with over 22 years' experience, working with children, young people, adults, couples and families.

Sarah specialises in trauma, C-PTSD, attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and complex psychological presentations.

Her approach integrates Systemic Psychotherapy, EMDR, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), attachment-informed practice and trauma-focused interventions, to help clients understand the impact of life experiences on their emotional wellbeing, relationships and daily functioning.

Alongside private practice, Sarah works as Clinical Lead of Psychological Services within emergency services, supporting individuals exposed to trauma, critical incidents, occupational stress and burnout. She provides a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space, where clients can explore difficulties, build resilience and create meaningful and lasting change.

Sarah works with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families and has particular expertise in complex trauma, neurodiversity, attachment difficulties, adverse childhood experiences and occupational psychological wellbeing.
