About me

I'm Brett, a CBT & EMDR psychotherapist. I have passion for helping people with anxiety. If daily situations or distressing life experiences have left you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or traumatised, I want to help you recognise this isn't your whole story. I can help you understand yourself and your experiences better, feel more grounded, and move forward with your life. I can support a wide range of people going through difficulties with their mental health. I have particular interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, those within the perinatal period, and individuals who have been through the process of adoption.

I confidently support people who are experiencing generalised anxiety and worry, trauma or PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, and phobias, and the impact of these on all aspects of life. I take a problem-focused but whole-person approach, helping you build understanding, practical tools, and meaningful change at a pace that suits you.

I offer a warm, calm, and collaborative space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and confident in the work we're doing together. I'm passionate in providing affirming, thoughtful therapy.
