About me

I am an Accredited member of the BACP and I work with adults and children aged eleven and over as I firmly believe that our mental health influences both our physical and emotional wellbeing and so should be viewed as a priority rather than an 'after thought'.
I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor which means that I incorporate several different models and theories into my practice and I create an individual therapy plan for each of my clients to enable them to access their subconscious, increase their self awareness and recognise any repetitive and possibly harmful patterns of behaviour.
