About me

I am an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist who works with adults experiencing a range of emotional, relational, and psychosexual difficulties. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences openly and without judgement.

I have particular interests in men's (mental) health, relationships, sexuality, intimacy, and emotional wellbeing. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, sexual concerns, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling stuck in their lives.

As both a Counselling Psychologist and Osteopath, I bring a broad perspective that considers the relationship between mind, body, relationships, and lifestyle factors. This allows me to think with clients about the wider context of their difficulties while remaining grounded in evidence-based psychological practice.
