About me

I am a registered Clinical Psychotherapist, Art Therapist and Counsellor, providing Psychotherapy, and Art Therapy in my North London practice [N16].

With over 12 years experience in Private Practice, my particular expertise is in working with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, family issues and bereavement, as well as issues relating to addiction, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and Austism. I acknowledge the power dynamics within relationships and offer empathic and informed therapy for individuals exploring identity and relationship dynamics.

Previous to Private Practice, I worked as a Manager Therapist with a diverse Mental Health population in an outpatient organisation, and have experience of working in NHS Mental Health services, as an Honorary Psychotherapist at Central and North West London Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.

I have an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education in which I trained for four years. I am also accredited and registered with UKCP and HCPC as a Psychotherapist, a Creative Arts Therapist and a Clinical Supervisor. I integrate a Psychodynamic and Jungian informed approach whilst using creative, sensory and body based methods. I offer a trauma-informed perspective which is in keeping with the latest Neuroscience and Attachment research. My integrative approach gives us a range of options and means that together we can find the ideal way of working to suit you.

Whatever your reason for therapy, my aim is to create a non-judgmental and therapeutic environment where you can be authentic and where challenging feelings, thoughts and experiences can be communicated, sensed and understood.?
