Experienced Registered Osteopath, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.
My practice combines a great variety of traditional osteopathic techniques, including structural and cranial osteopathy. Specialised training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).
My approach is patient-centred and rooted in understanding your unique lifestyle. I deliver holistic treatment plans tailored to each individual. I focus on relieving pain, improving mobility, and restoring long-term function and health.
