About me

I am a registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), offering a warm, neuro-affirming approach to therapy.

As an autistic and ADHD therapist, I understand both personally and professionally the challenges of navigating a world that isn't always designed with neurodivergent minds in mind. I support autistic and ADHD adults, those exploring whether they may be neurodivergent, and individuals making sense of a diagnosis later in life. Together, we can explore anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, identity, trauma, relationships, motivation and life's challenges through an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)-informed approach that focuses on understanding yourself, building on your strengths and developing psychological flexibility.

Alongside my private practice, I am the Founder and Director of Paradigm Neurodiversity, a neurodivergent-led mental health charity dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children, young people, adults and families. I am also a Specialist Mental Health Mentor supporting university students through Disability Support and have worked across the NHS, education and local authority services, giving me a broad understanding of the challenges individuals and families can face throughout life.

My style is relaxed, compassionate and interactive. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to work alongside you in helping you better understand yourself, embrace your strengths and move towards a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

Clinical approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy

Areas of interest

I specialise in neuro-affirming practice, supporting autistic and ADHD adults, including those exploring neurodivergence, awaiting assessment, newly diagnosed or making sense of a diagnosis later in life. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based therapeutic approach, we work towards greater self-understanding, self-acceptance and psychological flexibility. Rather than trying to change who you are, therapy focuses on recognising your strengths, clarifying what matters most to you, and helping you build a meaningful life that aligns with your values.
