About me

Counselling can be life changing because having space to talk about how you feel is never a waste of time but feeling anxious, depressed or unhappy is.
I am a professionally accredited and qualified counsellor providing support for all areas of mental health for individuals and couples.
My approach is Person Centred Therapy and my style is relaxed, friendly and approachable. My therapy room is in Exeter, Devon and is calm and cosy but I also offer online or telephone sessions so you can be comfortable in your own space.
