About me

Experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering face to face and online sessions. Hello, I am a BACP registered and accredited therapist, specialising in working with anxiety, low mood and depression, low self-esteem, relationships and childhood issues.
My approach is to support you to explore and process the difficulties you are experiencing, in a safe and confidential environment.
Together, we can work towards helping you to see yourself more clearly, and to strengthen your sense of self-worth and confidence.

Areas of interest

Communication issues, relationships, neurodiversity, trauma informed, anxiety and depression.
My private practice, which is close to Aylesbury, Bicester and Thame. Offers a warm, and supportive space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions and challenges.
Some of the approaches I use and may include; person centred, CBT, transactional analysis, attachment and psychodynamic.
Some issues worked with include, but not exclusive to sexual abuse and trauma, stress related problems and loss and bereavement.
