For over 17 years as an accredited counsellor and therapist I have supported people like you to navigate transitions in life, such as career, divorce, relationship and identity changes, stress and anxiety, loss, grief and bereavement.

I am grounded and pragmatic and offer you a space where you can share what is happening, your concerns and difficulties. I will support you to find your own answers and work with you to make the changes that you are looking for.
