About me

I am a HCPC and CSP registered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Director of Primus Physio, with extensive experience in NHS musculoskeletal services, professional sport and private practice. I have worked as a Head Academy Physiotherapist in professional football and as a First Contact Practitioner, assessing and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions without the need for a GP referral. My approach combines a thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis and evidence-based rehabilitation to address the underlying cause of pain, helping patients recover efficiently and reduce the risk of recurrence. I provide personalised physiotherapy for Bupa members and self-funding patients at Primus Physio, conveniently located for patients across Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding Staffordshire area. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
