About me

I work with adults and adolescents who are struggling. Sometimes people come knowing exactly what they need; others simply feel stuck or overwhelmed. Anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, OCD, phobias, grief, low self-esteem, or difficulties in relationships are just some of the issues I can help with. I also have specialist experience supporting people with neurodevelopmental difference (autism, ADHD, tics, Tourette's syndrome). If you think you might be neurodivergent, I'm able to help. Whatever brings you here, I will listen without judgement and work with you to understand what you need.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with extensive NHS experience as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist for autism and ADHD services. I use a range of evidence-based therapies to help you build a new relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings, and EMDR for trauma and distressing memories. I draw on a range of approaches and tailor everything to you.
I know that asking for help is not easy. But in my experience, people have a remarkable capacity to grow and find their own path sometimes they just need the right support to get there. I see my role as helping you discover what that looks like for you, and how you can understand yourself better. I offer a free 15 min initial consultation over the phone.
