About me
I am a Counselling Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist offering evidence-informed therapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment difficulties, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, trauma, and eating disorders.
My approach is integrative and tailored to the individual needs of each client, drawing from a range of therapeutic models depending on what feels most appropriate and helpful.
Alongside supporting clients with the challenges that bring them to therapy, I aim to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be contributing to ongoing difficulties.
I place particular importance on building a safe, collaborative, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful psychological change is often rooted not only in insight and coping strategies, but also in the experience of feeling understood, supported, and able to explore difficulties openly and without judgement.
Alongside private practice, I have experience working within specialist eating disorder services and providing therapeutic support within corporate settings in the financial sector. I work with both short-term and longer-term therapy depending on each client's needs and goals.
