About me

I am an experienced Person-Centred Counsellor working in private practice as well as for a local charity and an EAP provider. I also work as a volunteer at my local hospice and at a charity supporting survivors of abuse. I have worked with people experiencing a variety of different troubles including: depression and anxiety; relationship difficulties; sexual, physical and emotional abuse; difficult childhood and family experience; low self-esteem; trauma; and loss, bereavement and ill-health.

Whatever you are working through, having the time and space to look at what you are experiencing and what might help, with someone who isn't a friend or family member, can really help.
