About me
I am a registered practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I trained as a Counselling Psychologist at the University of Roehampton and have experience working in a variety of settings including mental health charities, community counselling, and primary care. I have worked with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, work related issues, and other such difficulties.
We all encounter difficult times in life. The loss of loved ones, relationship breakdown, difficulties at work, and poor physical health, for example, may have a huge impact on our ability to function. We may feel anxious or depressed and find it difficult to know what to do to feel better. At these times psychological therapy may be beneficial. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to work together to explore the issues that are important to you.
I offer a free 15-20 minute initial telephone call to work out whether we would be a good fit to work together.
