About me

I am a BACP-accredited therapeutic counsellor working with both children and adults, offering face-to-face, online, and telephone counselling. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

My primary approach is person-centred, grounded in empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship enables clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly, at their own pace.
I tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, supporting clients in developing practical coping strategies and emotional resilience. Where appropriate, I also provide psychoeducation to help clients better understand their emotional wellbeing, behaviours, and therapeutic process.

I work with a range of issues including anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, personal growth, workplace stress and burnout and personal growth.
