My expertise includes working as a First Contact Physiotherapist, Joint Steroid Injection Therapist, Acupuncturist, Public Health Practitioner, and Researcher.

I provide comprehensive assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, using a combination of hands-on physiotherapy, tailored exercise rehabilitation, electrotherapy, heat therapy, ultrasound, and massage where clinically appropriate.
