About me

Luisa offers appointment in-person in London and UK-wide online appointments.

Throughout my professional career, I have worked as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist across a variety of clinical and mental health settings, supporting individuals with a broad range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological difficulties.
In Italy, I worked as educational psychologist, within mental health services, and in a forensic psychiatric hospital setting, gaining experience with complex and acute psychological presentations. Since moving to the UK, I have continued to expand my clinical experience across acute settings, primary care, and secondary care services.
I have worked with adults, adolescents, and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, stress-related difficulties, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions.
My work has included psychological assessment, risk management, case formulation, individual psychotherapy, psychoeducation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the development of personalised treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Working across different services and levels of care has strengthened my ability to work flexibly, collaboratively, and with sensitivity towards the unique experiences of each individual.
